Dr. Clayton Roach: Here’s a quick and easy way to eliminate lower back pain. What you’re going to do is you’re going to lay on the ground with your feet up on a wall or a door at 90 degrees. Next, you’re going to lift into a bridge, and you’re going to place this foam underneath your back. Next, come down into your lower back. And what you’re going to do is, you’re going to rock your pelvis back and forth on that foam roller. This should feel great in your lower lumbar area. Do this for about 10 to 15 seconds. Come up, move the foam roller up or down and perform again. Enjoy.
